此款長皿以土物為基底，搭配鐵釉燒製，
於高溫窯燒過程中自然產生釉色流動與窯變效果。

釉面呈現深褐、焦黑與金屬光澤交織的層次變化，
帶有火焰行經後留下的痕跡，每件作品皆略有不同。

器型修長，約25cm的尺寸，適合盛裝燒魚、串物或前菜拼盤。
盤面微微起伏，使擺盤更具立體感，也能自然襯托料理的色澤與份量。

在土、火與釉的交織之中，呈現出沉穩而富有變化的質地，是一件兼具實用性與工藝感的日常器皿。

笹山工房｜工坊介紹

笹山工房由陶藝家笹山淳一創立，位於日本愛媛縣砥部町。出生於陶藝世家的他，祖父為戰後仍持續創作的陶藝家之一，自小在製陶環境中成長。早年於備前燒名匠門下長時間修習，奠定扎實的土物與窯燒技藝。

回到故鄉後，他並未延續砥部燒以白瓷為主的發展，而是回溯歷史中曾存在於當地的「北川窯」陶器脈絡，轉而專注於土物創作。以天然土料為基礎，結合傳統窯燒法，讓火焰、灰燼與時間共同參與作品形成，發展出帶有自然窯變與深厚質感的器物風格。
